POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a strategic, dynamic, and story-driven Senior Employer Branding & Marketing Executive to elevate Money Forward Vietnam's employer brand and drive our talent marketing strategies.
In this role, you will be the creative storyteller and driver behind MFV's culture, employee experience, and talent acquisition marketing. You will work closely with our Senior Brand & Creative
Designer-combining your strategic messaging, content creation, and campaign execution with their visual storytelling and creative design to build impactful campaigns.
You will also collaborate directly with cross functional sections, the leadership team, and close stakeholders at Money Forward Group to foster a strong corporate culture and position MFV as an employer of choice in the tech industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated Employer Branding (EB) campaigns (tailor made Youtube series, short videos, ect) to attract top tech talent and increase MFV's brand awareness in Vietnam.
- Content Creation & Storytelling: Craft compelling messaging, stories, and editorial content for external talent channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Career sites, YouTube, Tech Blogs, Website).
- Talent Community Engagement: Organize and manage career events, university partnerships, tech meetups, hackathons, and job fairs.
2. Strategic Collaboration with Brand & Creative Designer
- Creative Briefing & Co-Creation: Work hand-in-hand with the Senior Brand & Creative Designer to translate EB strategies into visually compelling multimedia assets (videos, social posts, event collateral, office graphics).
- Asset Planning: Define content formats, campaign messaging, and storyboards for the Designer to execute (e.g., employee spotlight videos, culture reels, executive presentations).
3. Global Alignment & Performance Tracking
- Headquarter Collaboration: Liaise regularly with the Global Brand & Culture teams at Money Forward Group to ensure local initiatives align with global brand guidelines while maintaining local relevance.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics across talent channels and internal communication campaigns to continuously optimize engagement and ROI.
REQUIREMENT
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Internal Communications, or Corporate Marketing.
- Tech Industry Background: Experience in a fast-growing technology company or software development center.
- In-House Experience: Proven track record in building and scaling an employer brand or corporate culture in-house (preferably in a tech/software environment).
- Content Creation & Storytelling: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese; strong ability to craft narrative-driven content for diverse audiences.
- Project Management: Strong campaign planning, execution, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Creative Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working closely with
graphic designers,
video editors, and creative teams to bring campaigns to life.

- Cross-Border Collaboration: Experience working with overseas regional teams.
- Event Management: Experience in planning and hosting tech meetups, webinars, or large-scale internal corporate events.
