Job Summary
Responsible for to assist Senior Business Development Manager to source potential land deals, evaluate the feasibility of the potential land deals, and prepare recommendation for management's approval.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist Senior Business Development Manager to source for real estate or land investment
deals in the markets.
• Analyze and evaluate the feasibility of interested projects.
• Prepare any approval papers for investment approvals.
• Regularly conduct competitors and catchment research.
• Plan and implement real estate market research.
• Develop good relationships with private companies or government bodies for developing
potential investment opportunity and negotiate with them, if necessary.
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment
related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Yêu cầu
• Degree in any field
• Minimum 5 years working experience as Business Development/ Investment for real estate developer company
• Must be able to prepare project feasibility studies
