Job Purpose
The job holder main responsibility for the management and implementation product execution (transaction banking & financial markets) activities of the assigned economic sectors/customers and is responsible for Responsible for transaction volume of banking products, usage limits and income according to agreement with large corporate consulting department/ Consulting services- Business Banking.
Key Accountabilities (1)
CONSTRUCTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF TRANSACTION BANKING & FINANCIAL MARKETS BUSINESS PLAN FOR ECONOMIC FIELDS/ALLOCATED LIST OF CUSTOMERS
- Responsible for promoting the volume & value of transactional banking/financial markets products, limits and TOIs of assigned customers according to the agreement with Large Corporate Banking Consultant/Consulting services Business Banking/GTS Portfolio Management
- Manage product transaction flow for all transaction banking/financial markets products by providing accurate and timely quotes for client's transaction/solution request and ensure timely execution on the same SLAs stated for both direct and branch service customers.
- Create and monitor control and audit systems to ensure that all transactions are conducted within compliance with local regulatory requirements as well as compliance with bank and audit standards. internal accounting.
- Provide and manage to provide accurate and timely information related to GTS product transactions to assigned customers, including exchange rate information, costs, market information, information [protected info] other information
- Responsible for working with sales management to generate and provide data analysis and reporting facilitating accurate planning and forecasting for products and ensuring availability of resources to provide better service and coverage to existing customers.

Key Accountabilities (2)
MAINTENANCE & IMPROVE THE PRODUCT PLATFORM
- Work with GTS Product, IT and Transformation at TCB to enhance platforms and ensure platforms are up to date and can be deployed at a good price based on margin requirements and FTP and aligns with the bank's strategy to provide first-class customer service and customer support.
- Maintain communication platforms for feedback on trading platforms
- Report service failure issues to relevant department
- Ensure the necessary risk reduction and control systems are in place to comply with internal and regulatory compliance requirements for each transaction processed and executed.
=> ensure satisfaction and engagement with customers.

CONTROL TRADE VOLUME ONLY
- Identify the tactics and processes to boost the flow of transactions and be responsible for increasing the volume and trading revenue based on the activity plan set at the beginning of the year, allocating the budget for each headcount
- Transfer customer transactions to electronic transaction channels (FEB, H2H, etc.)
- Work closely with stakeholders to maximize business opportunities and ensure smooth execution of transactions.
- Work closely with the portfolio management department to implement GTS's business promotion programs, campaigns and packages for customers.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- University degree or equivalent and related professional certificates in the field of Banking, Financial Accounting, priority is given to top training institutions.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in banking and finance (GTS, transaction banking, consulting, capital, financial markets and/or wholesale banking) in sales and marketing positions.
- At least 2 years of experience in leadership/management in finance and banking
- Expertise in transaction banking (TB) by economic fields (customer needs, solution development, operation, risk management, etc.)
- Product knowledge (price and transactional/financial markets product pricing)
- Risk Awareness, Control and Monitoring
