Mô tả công việc

JOB SUMMARY:
Managing and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes. In conjunction with the Head of FP&A and GCFO to prepare the annual budget. This includes updating the annual budget template following regular budgeting reviews. Providing insights to the financial health of the organization.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Co-organize the work of the Financial Planning & Analysis team.
- Take part in developing the capability of the FP&A team together with the other finance team members at group and at the hospitals.
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly reporting.
- Lead accurate month-end closing and management reporting and ensure all reporting deadlines to HQ are met
- Perform in-depth variance analysis on actual versus planned performance
- Collate information with relevant departments and analyze project costs, revenue
- Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis management report
- Consolidate and analyze all management reports monthly and quarterly including Daily and weekly reports, MIS report, Phano revenue consol, Flash reports, MBU, etc
- Consolidate and review the budget from hospitals
- Review the forecast of hospitals and clinics
- Agile working style, proactive in work.

Yêu cầu

Experience & Knowledge:
- Graduated in Finance or Accounting, with more than 2 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry
- Fluent in English with 4 skills listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Good office computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
