Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior Financial Advisory Consultant ($1200, ID21601)
Prepare and deliver high-quality reports in collaboration with the FAS Manager and Japanese CPA: Financial & Tax Due Diligence, Financial Valuation of businesses and assets, Purchasing Price Allocation (PPA), Post-Merger Integration (PMI), IFRS Advisory, Internal Control Advisory / Internal Audit
Perform financial valuations using income, market, and cost approaches for tangible and intangible assets.
Work closely with clients and target company management to understand their business, requirements, and expectations, and incorporate findings into reports.
Conduct financial analysis, identify key issues, and provide practical recommendations.
Coordinate with external valuation firms when required.
Support junior team members in performing procedures and preparing project deliverables.
Ensure high-quality work and timely completion of assignments.
Requirement
Male/Female. Under 40 years old
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Having 2-3 years of experience in FAS/consulting/audit firms, preferably in Due Diligence, Valuation, IFRS, or Internal Audit.
ACCA/CPA/CFA is a plus.
Fluent English in 4 skills.
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
