Mô tả công việc
TIKI is looking for a fit candidate is expected to be a data analyst with a good understanding of ecommerce and retail and always eager/open for new knowledge. She/He shall be familiar with
pricing concepts (including pricing elasticity, pricing optimization...) and able to work with different
stakeholders (business and tech team) to develop suitable pricing solutions for different types of
selection, help to gain market competitiveness and drive Retail business towards sustainable growth
and profitability.
What you'd contribute:
Pricing execution
● Proactively working with stakeholders (biz) to understand and provide insights on:
● How Pricing impacts the competitiveness of business
● How key components influence on Price of Products
● How Price contributes to P&L picture of the Retail section
● Propose and develop automated pricing optimization solutions and enhancements, particularly within our Tiki Trading retail business.
● Daily pricing execution and pricing monitoring to make sure prices of products are market dynamic and follow the pricing strategy of categories.
● Data reporting and governance
● Creating and maintaining reporting systems and dashboards to track business/ pricing performance.
Product solution:
● Working with stakeholders (biz + tech) to develop solutions for better pricing performance
and better pricing monitoring.
Yêu cầu
● At least 2+ years of experience in data analytics ( preferred in ecom, retail).
● Good understanding of pricing concepts, such as pricing elasticity, profitability, pricing
optimization for profit maximizing and efficient inventory of varied selections.
● Proficiency in analytics tools (SQL, Gsheet, Data Studio, Python is plus for modeling) and
building dashboards.
● Strong analytical thinking, business sense and communication skills
● Proven problem solving skills, attention to detail.
● Adaptable in a fast growing environment and willing to work under pressures.
● High ownership. A team player yet can work independently
