Job Responsibilities
• Design & Development
o Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, and Backend teams to architect and develop new
features and platforms
o Implement best practices for security, performance, and reliability in mobile apps
• Reusable Components
o Build and maintain a robust library of reusable components for cross-project
efficiency
• CI/CD & Testing
o Partner with QA to streamline integration and deployment, including both
automated and manual testing
o Continuously refine build and release processes, promoting best practices
• Monitoring & Optimization
o Oversee live applications, identify performance bottlenecks, and resolve issues
promptly
o Optimize user experience using real-time metrics and feedback
• Cross-functional Collaboration
o Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams in a global environment
o Support various stakeholders by clarifying technical requirements and objectives
• Security & Compliance
o Implement secure coding practices, including data encryption and secure token
handling
o Regularly review code and processes to eliminate vulnerabilities and maintain
compliance with security standards
Yêu cầu
• Education & Background
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
o 5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development
o 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter/Dart
• Technical expertise
o Proficient in debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization for mobile apps
o Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
• Agile mindset
o Comfortable working in an agile environment, ready to adapt quickly to changing requirements
o Embrace failures, learn fast, and iterate effectively
• Collaboration & Ownership
o Proven ability to take initiative and drive projects from concept to completion
o Strong communication skills; able to align with cross-functional stakeholders and mentor junior engineers
• Innovation & Continuous learning
o Curious, open-minded, and passionate about exploring new technologies
o Desire to contribute to an open-source culture and a forward-thinking engineering community
