Develop, and deploy decentralized applications (dApps) on compatible blockchains
Focus on the quality aspect of the system:
Non-functional requirements: technical debt, refactoring, performance, security, etc.
Maintain consistent code quality & architecture
Prevent big refactorings from happening
Raise code review standards
Discuss with the project lead to balance between development quality and speed
Ensure the right technical decisions are being made by the team
Mentor junior
developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Provide the CTO with constructive feedback and information about the team's current technical strengths and weaknesses
Yêu cầu
Required Experience
5+ years experienced with [protected info] and Javascript Frameworks
At least 3 years of experience with blockchain projects, especially on the EVM ecosystem
Proficient in reading and understanding technical documents in English
Technical Skills Qualifications
Strong Problem-Solving and Debugging Skills
Proficient experience with [protected info], [protected info], HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Experience with integrating external web services (REST, or GraphQL APIs)
Experience with integration smart contracts.
Experience with web3 libs and tools ([protected info], [protected info], viem, wagmi, ....)
Experience with UX/UI on dApps
Desired non-technical Skills Qualifications
Able to cope with pressure, prioritise workload and meet agreed timetable
