About you
You're an AI-native developer who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves writing code with AI tools at your side. You want to build impactful products end-to-end, solve complex problems, and have a real say in technical decisions. You're excited by the idea of being the first engineer for HireAra in Vietnam and growing into a leadership role as we scale the team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop scalable full-stack applications using Python, React, and [protected info]
Build and maintain backend services and APIs in Python for our AI-driven recruitment platform.
Work on full-stack projects with modern technologies (TypeScript, React, [protected info], Python).
Solve complex technical challenges, optimise system performance, and roll out new features.
Collaborate with product and design teams to create seamless, intuitive user experiences.
Influence technical decisions and participate in architectural discussions.
Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement processes.
Help define and shape the engineering culture at HireAra.

Yêu cầu

Requirements - Must Have
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and [protected info]
Proven experience with Python backend development, APIs, and scalable services.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Track record of shipping high-quality production code in agile environments.
Passion for crafting great user experiences.
Comfort working in a start-up style environment - adaptable, proactive, resourceful.
Competent and confident in building with AI tools - you love leveraging AI in your development workflow to build faster and better.
Requirements - Nice to Have
Experience in technical architecture and decision-making.
Experience leading a team.
Previous start-up or scale-up engineering experience.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS).
Contributions to open-source projects or notable personal projects.
