Senior General Accountant/Financial Reporting (SAP)

Location: District 3, HCMC
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00 (Lunch break: 12:00-13:00)
Salary: up to 40M gross

Key Responsibilities
Fixed Assets (FA) & Right of Use (ROU):
Manage FA tagging, physical asset sighting, and location listings.
Process FA and ROU asset requests, monitor budget spending, and generate standard/adhoc reports.
General Accounting & Adjustments:
Prepare and post standard, manual, intercompany JV, and accrual entries (via BlackLine).
Handle depreciation, lease liabilities, prepayment, and Procurement-card journals.
Process period-end adjustments: bank entries (payroll/salary/CPF), tax provisions (current/deferred), foreign currency revaluations, hedging, and doubtful debt provisions.
Financial Reporting & Closing:
Perform bank and intercompany balance reconciliations and monthly trial balance preparation.
Execute monthly Hyperion reporting, balance sheet schedules, and financial statement analysis.
Perform year-end SAP rollovers, accrual adjustments for external vendor invoices, and financial statement consolidation schedules.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
5 years
in General Accounting (at least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred)
Proficiency in
SAP FICO
and
Oracle Hyperion
(experience with
BlackLine
is a plus)
Fluent in written and spoken English; strong communication, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working under tight deadlines, across different time zones, and with flexible rest days during closing periods
Practical experience with AI tools (e.g., MS Copilot) is an advantage
