Financial Operations & General Ledger Governance:
Oversee full-scope financial and accounting workflows tailored for a production plant under a unified single-book accounting framework.
Maintain ledger integrity, review journal entries, and ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Stand in for the Chief Accountant when required to present financial metrics, operational analyses, and budget reviews to Executive Management in English.
Tax Compliance & Statutory Risk Management:
Manage statutory tax obligations, preparing filings and finalizations for core enterprise taxes including VAT, CIT, and FCT.
Keep abreast of evolving tax codes and local regulatory changes to minimize statutory exposure and streamline compliance workflows.
Act as a primary operational contact during external financial audits, tax inspections, and governmental reviews.
Operational Team Leadership & Succession Pathway:
Support the Chief Accountant in organizing daily tasks, reviewing outputs, and offering technical guidance to junior team members (tax, AP/AR, and detailed accountants).
Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to refine accounting processes and optimize internal control procedures.
Participate in leadership development initiatives structured to transition into the Chief Accountant role over a 5-year succession plan.
Requirement
Education & Credentials: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
Age & Gender: Female candidates aged under 30 to 35 years.
Professional Experience:
Minimum 04 to 05 years of practical experience in a Senior General Accountant or Assistant Chief Accountant capacity.
Background in manufacturing plants or industrial production environments is highly preferred.
Thorough command of Vietnamese accounting standards, single-book financial setups, and statutory tax legislation (VAT, CIT, FCT).
Language Proficiency: Fluent English across all 4 skills (capable of delivering executive-level presentations and handling direct management queries).
Competencies: High agility, strong business acumen, effective cross-departmental communication, and demonstrated team leadership potential.
