Senior General Accountant (Prefer Manufacturing & International Environment)

The Role

As a General Accountant at Venair's facilities in Ho Chi Minh City, you will take ownership of the full accounting cycle, ensure compliance with local tax regulations, and deliver accurate, transparent financial reporting.

Responsibilities
• Perform all work related to accounting for the company: revenues, liabilities, expenses, monthly salary, and monthly financial report for Headquarters
• Perform accounting tasks on SAP
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper cash control
• Prepare income statements, provisions, and cash flow reports
• Support month-end and year-end closings
• Review and record invoices with accuracy and timeliness
• Supervise cash flow and treasury operations
• Oversee general accounting tasks for assigned international branches
• Recurrent contact with local accounting firms, auditors, and Tax authorities for accounting and TAX purposes
• Support tax declaration and settlements of quarterly and annual taxes (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT...)
• Monthly and annual reporting to the Headquarters CFO
• Participate in continuous improvement of financial processes
• Support any other tasks related to accounting and finance as required.
