Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative concepts and visual designs for integrated campaigns, including digital, social media, print, OOH, and branding materials.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and client expectations.
Supervise and mentor Junior
Designers, providing feedback and guidance to enhance their creative output.
Present design ideas and rationale to internal teams and clients confidently and professionally.
Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and creative best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.
Work with external vendors, photographers, illustrators, and production teams when needed to ensure quality execution.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an advertising agency.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic design work across multiple media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
Excellent sense of typography, layout, color, and composition.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to lead, coach, and inspire junior team members.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
