ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Expert specializing in SEO, Performance Marketing to help drive our company's growth. This role is for an A-player who combines deep marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to deliver measurable business results.
You will work directly with company leadership to develop and challenge marketing strategies, identify growth opportunities, and improve our performance across organic search, AI-powered search, Google Ads, and Facebook/Meta Ads. We are looking for someone who brings more than standard marketing knowledge, someone with an international mindset, a strong understanding of US/EU marketing approaches, and the ability to think independently, challenge conventional methods, and turn ideas into results.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven expertise in SEO and Generative Engine Optimization with a strong track record of improving organic visibility, search rankings, and business growth, experienced working in a software outsourcing company.
Strong expertise in performance marketing, particularly Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads, including campaign strategy, optimization, and ROI improvement.
Deep understanding of US/EU-style digital marketing strategies, with the ability to apply international best practices to business growth.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities, diagnose underperforming campaigns, and develop effective solutions independently.
Excellent copywriting and content strategy skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging that drives engagement, traffic, and conversions.
Hands-on experience with AI search optimization, including improving brand visibility and citations across AI-powered search platforms.
Demonstrated ability to turn marketing strategies into measurable business results, supported by data and performance metrics.
High level of ownership, initiative, and independent problem-solving; able to challenge existing approaches and bring new ideas to the table.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to discuss strategies, exchange ideas, and work directly with company leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute SEO and Generative Engine Optimization strategies to increase organic traffic, search visibility, brand authority, and qualified leads experience working in a software outsourcing company
Improve the company's visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms, including ChatGPT and other generative search tools.
Audit existing SEO performance, identify weaknesses, and implement improvements across technical SEO, content, keywords, and website structure.
Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns to improve campaign performance, conversion rates, and return on investment.
Analyze previous marketing campaigns, identify the reasons for underperformance, and develop data-driven strategies to achieve better results.
Create and optimize marketing content, messaging, and copy to attract target audiences and drive business outcomes.
Identify new marketing channels, growth opportunities, and innovative approaches to outperform competitors.
Work directly with company leadership to discuss marketing challenges, evaluate strategies, exchange ideas, and make high-impact decisions.
Bring expert-level marketing knowledge and an independent perspective to help strengthen the company's marketing capabilities and accelerate growth.
Establish clear performance metrics and continuously monitor, test, and improve marketing initiatives.
