Mô tả công việc
Scope of Work:
1. Responsible for salary calculation, bonuses, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, personal income tax, and related employee welfare policies according to the school's regulations and labor laws.
- Responsible for processing the payroll for both full-time Vietnamese and foreign teachers and staff
- Management of social insurance and personal income tax affairs.
- Provide guidance, support, and address inquiries for employees.
2. Responsible for the commendation and reward work.
− Verify and cross-check attendance data for each semester for teachers and staff
− Implement the commendation and reward assessment for each dean of department and related members at the end of each semester.
− Implement and carry out tasks related to commendation and reward as per the requirements of the Department of Education and Training.
3. Responsible for monitoring and coordinating tasks.
− Supervising C&B staff to ensure compliance with social insurance, health insurance, accident insurance 24/7, attendance, overtime work, etc., for employees; managing personnel records and information (Contracts, Contract Appendices, Agreements, Decisions, etc.).
− Collaborating with Dean of HR to annually establish and update relevant forms/regulations related to labor laws and school policies such as Contracts/Contract Appendices/Agreements/Decisions, etc.; constructing the Salary Scale, Labor Regulations, Collective Labor Agreement, salary structures, welfare policies, total rewards, and other payment standards.
− Assisting Dean of HR in generating internal reports and government reports as required, managing and guiding the procedures for recognizing the Board of School, Principal, Vice Principal, and preparing necessary documents as per the requirements.
− Executing other assigned tasks and responsibilities

JOB REQUIREMENTS
− Major in Law, Business Management, Human Resource.
− Have been trained in relevant HR courses.
− 3 year or more experience in C&B executive position
− Have a deep understanding of Vietnamese labor law, personal income tax law, and social insurance laws.
− CEFR level B1 or higher
− Office computer skills, especially proficiency in using Excel.
− Communication skills, arrangement skills, classification skills, problem solving
− Comprehensive skills and job organization.
− Good time management, data processing and analysis, time management
− Able to work under pressure, meticulous, diligent, professional, dynamic, flexible in thinking, with a "can-do" attitude
