1. C&B - 50%

Manage monthly Payroll, final payment and ensure the process and calculation are accurate, on time and compliant with the Company polices and Labor Law
Manage HR Database
Process relevant documentations for PIT monthly declaration and annual tax finalization compliant with the Law. Solve the related issues: Employees Tax code, Dependent Tax code
Manage all issues related to SI, UI, HI, ADI: Increase/decrease workforce, prepare required documents to claim social insurance benefits, reconcile and prepare payment, Social booklet and health insurance card....
Manage Annual Leaves and other leaves
Manage all issues related to Expat Services: Visa, work permit, Residence Card......
Manage C&B records: Employees' dossiers, labor contract, appendix, appraisal letter...
Design and control reports related to C&B: Expense report for Finance, Headcount Report/ Turn over and Onboard report, Labor Report, other reports per departments' request
Be in charge of internal/ external audit
Build and handle other benefits: health checkup, private health insurance...
Design and implement salary scheme, compensation and benefits policies with Head of Departments and Head of HR
Prepare and control HR budgets and planning: Headcount Plan, Personnel cost and other cost related to HR

2. Recruitment - 30%

In charge full circle of recruitment from defining suitable demands to building the talent pool and hiring
Follow up, analyst and improve quality, effectiveness & performance of each step on hiring process
Evaluate and screen potential candidates; support stakeholders in the hiring process.
Develop online and offline channel to reach potential candidates and increase awareness of SKR recruitment brand
Lead Ad-hoc projects of team. Instruct and mentor new employees or colleagues.
Support HRBP Manager to provide specific insights/ solution to all Departments to support and ensure Compensational, Headcount budgets are aligned with the plans.
Responsible for interview and selection for approved vacancies and onboarding management for new hires.

3. Admin - 20%

Handle assignment of expats such as licensing, visa/work permit, settlement in host country.
Support for visitors come to Vietnam & local members travel
In charge of maintaining and improving office working environment by managing whole cycle of GA works in office
Handle other administrational tasks required

Degree in organizational development & behaviors, business admin, HR management preferred
Minimum of 3 years' experience general HR, in F&B is a plus
Be an expert of Vietnamese social legislation
Have good conceptual and problem-solving thinking ability
Regularly update labor law and make sure that all HR service are in compliance.
Good English
