Mô tả công việc
Join our HR Strategy & Admin Team as a Senior HR Specialist focusing on Compensation & Benefits (C&B). This role involves developing and managing HR policies, systems, and processes to enhance our company's HR operations and employee experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has strong expertise in HR strategy and C&B.
Responsibilities
1. Compensation & Benefit (50%):
Manage payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Implement and manage employee policies and regimes according to laws and company regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, contracts, and tax documents.
Conduct annual personal income tax settlements for employees.
Oversee OKR implementation and performance review processes.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant legislation.
Manage personnel information and procedures related for expat employees.
2. HRBP (40%):
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs such as the competency framework, performance evaluation, salary/bonus scheme, and employee benefits, aligned with the Company's policy, and communicate new updates to employees.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Contribute to HR strategy development and execution.
3. Others (10%)
Undertake other tasks as assigned by HR Strategy & Admin Lead

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles, preferably in the IT field.
Solid knowledge of HR practices and talent management.
Deep understanding of labor law, employment equity regulations, and well-being plans.
Employee experience mindset.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in English.
Strong work ethic and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, transparent, and positive thinking.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage confidential information professionally.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
