HR & Admin (70%)
Oversee monthly payroll (salary, allowances, deductions, adjustments, sick leave etc.,) for employee based on the timesheet collected, recorded and checked accurately and timely.
Procedure on social insurance and premium insurance package claim
Update on HR management system, employee management
Support on making labor contract, contract appendix and other related labor document, labor report
Ensuring office supplies and company assets are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to always ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies
Manage
IT helpdesk (software/tool install support, contact vendor for repairing equipment)
Recruitment (30%)
Source candidates through Job boards, social media, and local networks.
Conduct initial resume screening and interviews to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews process
Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
Support in organizing Job fair, career day, workshop and seminar
Yêu cầu
From 3 years of experience in HR administration
Good communication skills, strong attention to detail
Proactive at work and willing to improve skills according to the requirements of the task
Proficient in management tools such as MS Office.
