Role
The Senior IMC Executive is responsible for developing integrated communication solutions and turning strategic directions into effective multi-channel campaigns. The role combines strong IMC expertise with hands-on implementation and focused client collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
IMC Strategy and Planning
· Analyse business challenges, communication objectives, target audiences, consumer journeys, and market context to identify the right communication direction.
· Develop integrated campaign strategies, communication frameworks, key messages, channel roles, and customer touchpoint plans.
· Recommend appropriate combinations of Creative, PR, Social, Digital, Media, KOL/KOC, Activation, and Events based on campaign objectives.
Campaign Development and Content Direction
· Develop proposals, campaign concepts, communication flows, content pillars, channel plans, and measurement frameworks.
· Translate strategic directions into clear briefs for Creative, Content, Media, PR, Production, and other specialist teams.
· Review creative ideas, content, media plans, and campaign materials to ensure strategic consistency, audience relevance, and communication effectiveness.
· Stay updated on audience behaviour, communication trends, platforms, formats, and competitor activities to strengthen recommendations.
Campaign Execution and Optimisation
· Build and manage scopes of work, timelines, budgets, deliverables, trackers, and implementation plans for assigned campaigns.
· Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and partners; monitor quality, progress, risks, and costs throughout implementation.
· Track campaign performance, consolidate results, identify issues, and recommend practical optimisation actions during and after execution.
Client Collaboration and Team Contribution
· Work directly with clients to clarify briefs, present recommendations, obtain approvals, and provide concise project updates when required.
· Share clear feedback and project learnings, and support junior team members in IMC planning and execution standards.
Professional Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
· At least 4-6 years of relevant agency experience in IMC, advertising, communications, digital, PR, or media.
· Strong capabilities in IMC strategy, campaign planning, proposal development, communication frameworks, channel planning, and performance evaluation.
· Practical experience reviewing creative, content, media, PR, digital, social, activation, or event deliverables across integrated campaigns.
· Good project management skills, including budgeting, cost control, supplier coordination, timeline management, and reporting.
· Strategic, hands-on, proactive, and accountable, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
· Good command of English, both spoken and written.
