1. HQ & Local Marketing Alignment & Operation
Direct Collaboration: Act as the main operational focal point working closely with the Vietnam
Marketing Manager and Malaysia HQ Marketing Team to receive guidelines, adapt regional campaigns, and execute localized store strategies.
In-Store Marketing Operations: Own and drive end-to-end operational execution for:
Promotions: Setting up on-site promotional displays, aligning POSM, and updating mechanics correctly at store-level.
Trade Activities: Coordinating localized trade programs, interactive activations, and customer events to boost foot traffic.
Visual Merchandising (VM): Implementing, localizing, and maintaining strict VM standards in stores following the guidelines set by HQ.
Soft Opening (SO) & Grand Opening Events (GOE): Take full operational ownership of setting up, scheduling, and executing marketing activities for new store openings from Soft Opening through to the official Grand Opening launch.
Local Activities: Run targeted, micro-marketing campaigns for specific store clusters based on performance indicators and local demographics.
2. Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration & Store Communication
Bridge communication gaps between the regional HQ team, local Marketing management, Procurement, and Store Operations.
Translate regional/global guidelines into clear, actionable, and bilingual (English/Vietnamese) instruction packets for store staff.
Proactively follow up with store managers to ensure 100% display compliance and immediately resolve any operational bottlenecks on-site().
3. Vendor & Production Management
Partner with local printing, production, and installation vendors to produce high-quality POSM and display elements.
Manage local production timelines, delivery logistics, and setup budgets to ensure flawless execution of marketing programs.
4. Customer Service Coordination
Maintain an organized database of all active marketing promotions, programs, and VM guidelines.
Keep Customer Service / Call Center teams updated on run schedules and specific mechanics to ensure consistent communication with customers().
5. Paperwork & Process Management
Prepare and track internal paperwork including purchase requests (PR), purchase orders (PO), vendor contracts, and processing payments.
Ensure all processes strictly adhere to internal compliance and regional financial guidelines.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Only 1-2 years of experience in process management, operational coordination,
trade marketing execution, or managing multiple external vendors/partners simultaneously.
Prior experience in the Retail industry (FMCG, Convenience Stores, Fashion, Cosmetics, Consumer Electronics, etc.) is highly preferred but not mandatory if the candidate possesses exceptional operational and coordination skills.
Knowledge:
Basic understanding of or exposure to Visual Merchandising (VM) standards, POSM production, and local store event management.
Solid grasp of retail store operations, promotional mechanics, and trade marketing activities.
Foreign language:
Good English communication skills (both written and spoken) to report directly, align requirements, and collaborate smoothly with the regional HQ Marketing team in Malaysia.
Skills:
Exceptional multi-partner coordination, process tracking, and timeline management skills.
Sharp eye for detail, spatial layouts, and physical store visual aesthetics.
Proficient in basic data tracking and administrative tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
