Mô tả công việc
- Communicate with both B2B and B2C clients to meet their demands and requirements via emails, WhatsApp/skype or phone
- Consult and support overseas agents, helping them success in sales and confirm their bookings.
- Proactively seek, negotiate and win new agents.
- Achieve personal targets on revenue and profit.
- Creat travel itineraries, tour proposals, make quotations for all the request, prepare tour confirmations to overseas agents.
- Work closely with other departments to proceed all the service to make sure tours are well managed and run smoothly.
- Make plan of sales and marketing
- Perform customer service before, within and after each booking.
- Coordinate with other departments to create new tour products.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by manager.

Yêu cầu
- At least 2-3 years experienced in Sales inbound travel is required (Senior sales)
- Long-term development orientation in the field of sales and passion for the tourism industry
- Fluent English communication skills is a must. Excellent would be an advantage
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Be assertive, agile and a team player
- Have a vision, creative ideas and strategic thinking
- Organized and have an eye for detail
- Ability to work under high pressure to achieve goals
- Good communication, organization skills, listening skill
- Excellence in negotiation
- Strong customer service, and sale focus
- Ability to work proactively, fast but correctly and efficiently
- Needs to be honest, hardworking and reliable
- Long-term development orientation in the field of sales and passion for the tourism industry
