Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Senior IT Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering closely with hiring managers and clients to attract and hire top technology talents across various domains.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment consultation.
Source and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social networks, referrals, and talent communities.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future hiring demands.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best fit.
Coordinate interview processes and provide a positive candidate experience.
Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitor activities within the technology sector.
Requirements
Minimum
4 years of experience in IT Recruitment
.
Experience in
IT Staffing, IT Outsourcing, or Technology Consulting environments is preferred.
Proven track record of successfully hiring technical positions, including:
Software Engineers
QA/QC Engineers
Business Analysts (BA)
Data Engineers / Data Analysts
DevOps Engineers
Other technology-related roles
Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience recruiting for
Banking/Fintech projects is a strong advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
Good English communication skills are preferred.
