We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Interior Designer to join our team in our Ho Chi Minh City office. In this role, you will work closely with the SOG Design lead on design & build projects across Singapore and Asia Pacific and support the growth of our interior design capabilities. You will be responsible for the production of design work for architectural projects, and help prepare presentations, 3D modeling, graphics, and visualization documents to convey design ideas and project concepts to clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Delivers high quality design and/or technical work, engaging others with their creative and innovative thinking.
• Execute full design process, from initial sketch through start of production
• Demonstrates a detailed understanding of the design process and project brief, coordinating the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development.
• Utilize your experience with all phases of Interior Design project deliverables from Concept Design through Construction Administration to realize a successful design concept
• Work independently or with minor oversight to perform assignments including, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation
• Be wildly creative and push the boundaries!
• Participate in internal and consultant meetings
• Excellent time management, communication, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, in addition to the ability to work independently
• Role models and contributes towards a collaborative environment in which innovation is encouraged and best practice shared.
• Must be able to lead a team effort, and delegate work to all team members to enable them to work independently

• Seeks to develop a working understanding of cost control, fee charging and project finance, and considers how project fees are maximised without threat to client relationship and repeat work.
