• Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, peripherals, phones, and office applications.
• Install, configure, and hand over Windows/macOS computers and required software for new employees.
• Manage, inventory, monitor, and periodically maintain IT assets and meeting-room equipment.
• Administer Microsoft 365 user accounts, licenses, permissions, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes.
• Troubleshoot Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Monitor and perform first-level troubleshooting for LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, and VPN services.
• Perform basic configuration of routers, switches, and access points; coordinate with vendors for infrastructure deployment and expansion.
• Support users and coordinate remotely with overseas branches when required.

Job requirements
• Hands-on experience in
IT Helpdesk/
IT Support and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Good foundation in TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VLAN, routing/switching; CCNA knowledge is an advantage.
• Able to troubleshoot hardware/software, Windows/macOS; basic Linux/Ubuntu knowledge is an advantage.
• Good communication, teamwork, user-service mindset, and able to communicate in English.
• Experience working in logistics, supply chain, with international clients is an advantage.
