Senior IT Infrastructure Supervisor

This role combines hands-on technical support with infrastructure improvement, working closely with business teams and technology partners to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve IT infrastructure across the head office and store network, including networks, servers, connectivity, and end-user devices.
Monitor system performance and availability, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate timely resolution with relevant teams and vendors.
Support IT infrastructure setup for new store openings, relocations, and office projects.
Implement security controls, system updates, backup procedures, and recovery arrangements.
Manage IT assets, technical documentation, and vendor service delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure performance, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with local and regional IT teams on technology standards and project implementation.
Qualifications:
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, and technical support.
Practical knowledge of networking, server environments, endpoint management, IT security, and backup solutions.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to prioritize issues based on business impact.
Experience coordinating vendors and delivering IT projects.
Clear communication skills, a service mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience supporting retail or multi-site operations is an advantage.
English communication skills to collaborate with regional stakeholders.
