The Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Liferay CMS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, deploying, and maintaining highly scalable and robust web applications using Java and Liferay CMS. You will oversee end-to-end development processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.

What do you need to do? (Duties and Responsibilities)
- Develop and customize Liferay-based web portals, themes, and portlets
- Implement workflows, content management features, and integrations within the Liferay ecosystem
- Work on Liferay DXP for enterprise-level applications
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance server-side applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and related frameworks
- Integrate third-party APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and databases
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks like [protected info] or Angular
- Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components
- Design and manage relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
- Write optimized SQL queries and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval
- Collaborate with architects to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and reusable codebases
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers on the team
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure software quality
- Deploy and maintain applications in various environments, including cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
Your Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Java Full-Stack Developer, with a focus on Liferay CMS
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level applications
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and related frameworks
- Advanced knowledge of Liferay CMS/DXP
- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, [protected info]
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web services (SOAP/REST)
- Proficiency in database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
