Mô tả công việc
JOB SUMMARY: Follow up all testing detailsincluding arrange testing,follow up failuresolving, fixture set up related, test procedure management and training, etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Testing Management: Schedule and coordinate testing activities, including setup of test fixtures, procedure development, and training.
Team Coordination: Assign tasks to test teams and optimize manpower allocation for efficient testing.
Training: Train technicians on safe and accurate testing methods and equipment operation.
Issue Resolution: Monitor testing processes, address issues, and provide feedback for improvement.
Failure Analysis: Investigate test failures, prepare detailed technical reports in English (e.g., 5D reports), and summarize test results.
Data Management: Maintain testing records and raw data in the system accurately.
Report Review: Review and finalize test reports to ensure quality and clarity.
Yêu cầu
1. Education: Bachelor and above
2. Experience: 3 years relevant experience with good knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering
3. Knowledge: Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering.
4. Functional Skills: Fluent Local language, Excellent on written and spoken English
