We are looking for a
Senior
Legal Manager to oversee legal, compliance, corporate governance, and legal operations across the Group's multinational operations in Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and selected European markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead legal & compliance strategy, risk management, and regulatory monitoring across multiple jurisdictions.
Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and oversee contract lifecycle management.
Manage corporate governance, statutory filings, compliance policies, and internal legal processes.
Support cross-border expansion, new business initiatives, licensing, and regulatory matters.
Manage external legal counsel, legal vendors, and legal spend across jurisdictions.
Lead and develop the Legal & Compliance team, including KPIs, workflows, and service standards.
Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to management and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree or Lawyer qualification is a plus.
5-8 years of relevant experience in corporate legal, commercial contracts, or compliance.
2+ years of team/project management experience.
Experience in
IT, technology, software, outsourcing, SaaS, or multinational businesses is preferred.
Strong experience with corporate governance, commercial contracts, compliance, IP, data/privacy, employment, and cross-border operations.
Proven ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and with international counsel.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong commercial mindset, ownership, judgment, and stakeholder management skills.
