Senior Legal Manager

Job Summary:
BIM Group is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Legal Manager to join Legal Department. The successful candidate will primarily focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), complex financial and commercial transactions, development and implementation of large-scale investment projects.
The candidate should possess extensive legal expertise, strong commercial acumen, and excellent English communication skills to work effectively with international partners, legal advisors, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Job Description:
Participate in the preparation, structuring, negotiation, and execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financing transactions, commercial transactions, and investment projects.
Provide legal support to business units and subsidiaries throughout the preparation, negotiation, and completion of transactions.
Draft, review, revise, and negotiate contracts and other legal transaction documents while addressing legal issues arising during implementation.
Provide legal advice and guidance to the Group's subsidiaries and departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal regulations, and corporate policies.
Represent the company in dealings with government authorities, organizations, and other relevant parties when required.
Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management and the Head of the Legal Department.
Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree (or above) in Law.
Additional qualifications in economics, finance, or overseas legal education will be considered an advantage.
Professional Certification
Admission to the bar or possession of a valid lawyer's practicing certificate will be an advantage.
Professional Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience as an investment and corporate lawyer or in an in-house legal counsel position.
Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), complex financial and commercial transactions, and large-scale investment projects.
Previous experience working for reputable domestic or international law firms, foreign-invested enterprises, financial investment institutions, or real estate developers is highly preferred.
