Product Designer

Summary
You'll lead design across Citics' core products - from our collateral valuation app (Citics Valuation), Real Estate Agent platform (Citics Agent), and B2C app to internal tools. Working directly with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders, you'll turn complex business workflows into experiences that are intuitive, trustworthy, and built for professionals. This role reports to the Product Design Director.
Key Responsibilities
● Own the end-to-end design process - from discovery and wireframes through to prototype and engineering handoff.
● Plan and conduct user research (interviews with bank officers, real estate agents, and investors) to ground design decisions in real insight.
● Build and evolve a consistent Design System across the Citics product ecosystem.
● Work closely with Engineering in sprints to ensure designs are implemented with fidelity.
● Simplify complex domain workflows - valuation, appraisal, mortgages approval - into clean, usable UX.
● Mentor junior designers and help build a strong design culture within the team.
Required Qualifications and Skills
● 4+ years of Product Design / UX Design experience, including at least 1 year in a Senior role.
● A portfolio that demonstrates clear problem-solving - especially for B2B, B2C or data-heavy products.
● Expert-level Sketch or Figma skills; hands-on experience building and maintaining Design Systems.
● Ability to independently plan, run, and synthesize user research and prototyping.
● Strong product thinking - you ask the right questions before opening Sketch.
Nice to have:
● Experience designing for PropTech, Fintech, or enterprise SaaS
● Familiarity with credit appraisal or real estate buy/sale processes
● Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
