What you'll do:
Own the ML lifecycle from problem definition, data preparation, training & evaluation to production
Build and fine-tune ML / Transformer models using techniques such as
SFT, DPO, PEFT & LoRA
Develop training data, features, embeddings, and evaluation frameworks
Deploy and monitor models in production, balancing quality, latency & cost
Work closely with Applied AI, Backend, Data Engineering and Product teams
Investigate model/data failures and drive continuous improvements
What we're looking for:
5+ years in ML / Applied ML / ML Engineering
Strong
Python, SQL, ML fundamentals & statistics
Hands-on experience with
PyTorch / TensorFlow / scikit-learn
Experience fine-tuning
Transformer models / Hugging Face
Strong experience with data preparation, model evaluation and preventing data leakage
Production ML experience, including reproducible pipelines, experiment tracking & Docker
Strong depth in at least one area:
Recommendation & Ranking, NLP/LLMs, Classification, or Computer Vision
Good English communication
