You could run a business - but you just haven't had the chance to prove it yet? At Hub Hoi An, our 4 month Senior Management Trainee program gives a small group of uniquely talented professionals real responsibility across our coworking, coliving and F&B business, and a fast track path into senior management while doing tactical management course work. The next group starts in mid-November 2026.
Most management trainee programs take a year or more and rotate you through departments. Ours takes four months and puts you close to the decisions from the start. Our General Manager role opens in April 2027, and if you're ready, you can step straight into it. In a small business, you gain real leadership experience years sooner than in a large company.
What you'll own
You'll work closely with our current General Manager on live business priorities - the kind of management and consulting work most people wait years to be trusted with. We'll combine some more basic tasks with management level projects. Depending on your strengths, you could:
• Introduce new KPIs, set up a management scorecard - decide what the business should measure, set it up, and use it with the team to make better decisions.
• Run our F&B as a business - find out what members and the wider Hoi An community want, test menu changes with the team and measure what works. Hire additional staff & go live on Grab.
• Build AI agents with Hub's owner that take real work off the team - define what each agent should do, test it in daily operations and help the team adopt it. No coding needed.
• Oversee expansion and a construction project, show us your logical & problem solving ability in troubleshooting maintenance problems.
• Help open our next coliving space - compare locations, help negotiate, run the numbers, then turn the best option into a decision and a launch plan.
