Work Location: Our factory is based in VSIP 3, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong. Shuttle buses are provided from Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa and Binh Duong.
Core Responsibilities
Lead internal and external corporate communication for the LEGO Group's factory in Binh Duong province.
Develop and execute internal and external communications plans that strengthen the corporate reputation of the LEGO Group.
Promote a sense of belonging, motivation and communication inside and outside the organization.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement internal communication activities and campaigns to strengthen two-way communication with all colleagues, promote and embed the LEGO Group culture throughout the site, and drive engagement with the LEGO Group and LEGO brand.
Develop, implement and manage internal communication channels for the factory site, ensuring smooth operation and timely updating of channels.
Organize and produce written and visual communication content for the factory's internal channels.
Lead the elevation of local content from our Vietnam factory to our global internal communication channels, and the localization of global internal communication content for the team at the Vietnam factory.
Support the factory General Manager and Leadership Team with key communication activities and provide counsel on key change programmes.
Collaborate with key internal partners (public affairs, social responsibility, HR) to inform the development of a comms plan and ongoing communications activities.
Responsibilities - External:
Build and strengthen the reputation of the LEGO Group in Vietnam through a structured and consistent approach.
Support the development and coordination of crisis communication as needed in Vietnam.
Respond to local media enquiries and lead media visits to the factory.
Support the corporate events and visitor program.
Represent the LEGO Group in various forums from a communications perspective
