Senior Manager, Engineering Operational Support - Vietnam

Your day to day
Lead operational engineering support across EAPAC, conducting technical assessments at strategic properties, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring action plans are successfully implemented.
Drive maintenance excellence by supporting hotels in the delivery of preventative maintenance programmes, technical compliance, and adherence to local regulations and brand standards.
Champion sustainability initiatives across the region, helping hotels improve energy, water, waste, and carbon performance while ensuring accurate reporting and measurable progress against environmental goals.
Provide leadership, coaching, and capability development to engineering teams and regional engineering champions, strengthening technical knowledge and operational effectiveness across the portfolio.
Partner with hotel leadership teams on capital expenditure planning, asset improvement projects, property enhancement initiatives, and crisis response activities, providing technical guidance and strategic support
What We Need From You
A minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering, facilities management, property operations, or a related field, with significant experience gained within hospitality, commercial real estate, or multi-site environments.
Proven expertise in building services, maintenance operations, engineering compliance, preventative maintenance programmes, and operational asset management.
Strong experience leading operational improvement initiatives, conducting technical assessments, managing capital projects, and driving sustainability outcomes across multiple locations.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hotel leaders, owners, contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
A degree or recognised qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline, together with strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
