Your mission
Execute global logistics strategies, assigned projects and operational tasks
Put plans or ideas into action, e.g. processes or policies, process improvements with other internal/ external stakeholders
Supporting internal and customer-specific requests regarding import and escalation point on logistics issues, including guidance of sales subs and LSPs
Act as key interface between internal Global Logistics business owners, Sales subs and LSPs
Provide functional guidance and direction to others, including onboarding of (new) team members and others
Control / optimization of worldwide import deliveries for assigned destination region, including SOP & GSI creation & maintenance of Inbound for sales subs & LSP
Review and propose enhancement of current KPIs and their logic
Monthly KPI review with LSPs/ Sales subs and analyze the root cause of non-performance including improvement suggestions and drive performance
Cost analysis. Support team's growth of logistics expertise, technical skills and soft skills
Your talent
Bachelor's degree or above in logistics or related field
5 years' experience, including at least 2 years' experience in a Managerial position
Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry
Proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable company's business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets
Strong and convincing communication skills; Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Power BI)
