● 5+ Years of experience related to manufacturing/EOL Coding, EOL Testing, Final Line (Filling, Assembly Process etc.), DSA Integrations
● Have experience related to prevent, detect and handle errors that arise during the project steps. Manage change points, Manage lists of materials, tools and equipment used for each process
● Have experience related to installation and commissioning in both greenfield and brownfield projects
● Have experience related to new model design and development, with end-to-end involvement from concept to launch
● Skilled in tooling design, throughput optimization, and cycle line concept development
● Have experience related to new model design and development, with end-to-end involvement from concept to launch with Documents -BOP, PFMEA, Control Plan.
● Have experience in new project launch (new product/production projects)
Balance production lines, work with contractors to set up tools/equipment/jigs for production
● Experienced ( design/ assembly) in core/ main module of vehicle ( depend on specific module)
Yêu cầu
● Graduated from University majoring in Engineering/Technical Engineering Experience
● Have knowledge and work experience related to related technical fields, especially automobile/chassis assembly, tightening systems
● Familiar with CATIA, AutoCAD ,Team center , Minitab, PFMEA, Tool Design , Problem Solving, SixSigma , Lean Manufacturing System
● Working closely to Engineering/ Design areas to ensure Fast respond, Feedback and Follow in the Fact by Manufacturing side
● Review & approve DC, connecting and control ECR, Risk assessment for the change
