Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Executive will support ODM's growth through:
• AI-enhanced marketing and creative workflows
• Email marketing campaigns
• SEO-focused blog content
• Product launch storytelling
• LinkedIn and
digital marketing support
• Marketing coordination with sales and design teams
• Website and content updates
• Lead generation initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Content & SEO Marketing
• Write and coordinate SEO-driven blog content for ODM websites
• Develop product-focused articles, case studies, and campaign content
• Support storytelling around new product launches and innovations
• Work with
designers to create supporting visuals and marketing assets
• Help improve website content and user engagement
Email Marketing
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using CRM/email platforms
• Build newsletters, product updates, and outbound marketing campaigns
• Monitor open rates, CTRs, and campaign performance
• Help segment audiences and improve lead nurturing workflows
Product Launch & Campaign Support
• Support launch campaigns for new ODM products and innovations
• Create product positioning and messaging
• Coordinate launch timelines with sales and product teams
• Help create presentation materials and promotional content
LinkedIn & Digital Marketing
• Support company LinkedIn content and brand positioning
• Help create professional B2B marketing content for international audiences
• Assist with campaign planning and marketing calendars
Marketing Operations
• Coordinate with sales teams on lead generation activities
• Track marketing performance and reporting metrics
• Maintain consistency across ODM branding and messaging
• Support marketing organization and project coordination
• Minimum 4 years' experience in marketing, content, communications, or digital marketing
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication ability
• Strong interest and capability in using AI creatively within marketing workflows
• Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign execution
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
• Experience writing B2B or professional marketing content preferred
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
• Strong understanding of AI tools
• Experience with LinkedIn marketing
• Experience in product marketing, agency, manufacturing, or promotional products
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools
• Strong in analytics and campaign reporting
