JOB DESCRIPTION
1. E-commerce Ads Campaign Operations & Optimization
● Directly set up, manage, and optimize Performance Advertising campaigns across leading e-commerce platforms, including TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook Shop.
● Monitor and improve key conversion performance metrics (CR, CTR, ROAS, CPA, CIR) to ensure campaigns meet and exceed business targets, including GMV and NMV.
● Closely monitor Livestream sessions and proactively manage budget allocation, including pushing ad spend during Mega Campaigns, Super Brand Days, and monthly D-Day sales to maximize sales performance.
2. Media Strategy & Budget Planning
● Lead the development of comprehensive Media Plans, strategically allocating budgets across platforms and ad formats throughout each campaign phase.
● Collaborate with the Account/Strategy team to develop client Proposals and recommend creative, cost-efficient Media Performance solutions tailored to business objectives.
3. Affiliate & Livestream Performance Optimization (Beauty Industry)
● Take ownership of optimizing advanced Media Performance metrics across Affiliate Video content and Livestream sessions, with a primary focus on the Beauty/Cosmetics industry.
● Analyze performance and provide recommendations for Creative/Hooks, guiding the production team to improve viewer retention and drive higher order conversion rates.
4. Data Analysis, Reporting & Performance Improvement
● Monitor, consolidate, and analyze campaign performance data through real-time tracking.
● Prepare regular performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly/campaign-based), evaluate key insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve Media strategy for upcoming campaign phases.
Work Location: 15 Vu Ngoc Phan Street, Binh Loi Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Required Experience
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google, Zalo, and TikTok.
Educational Background
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Knowledge
• Strong understanding of major digital advertising platforms.
• Proficient in analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager(GTM).
• Experience using reporting and visualization tools such as Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio).
• Ability to develop media proposals that align with campaign objectives and client requirements.
Skills:
• Strong analytical and media planning skills, with experience using tools such as Facebook Campaign Planner and Google Reach Planner.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and client consulting skills..
