What You'll Do
Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
Arrange sample submission to customers for approval.
Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements.
Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production.
Build and maintain a strong local and regional vendor network to meet customers' current and future business needs.
Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process.
Monitor the shipment and logistic.
Work closely with colleagues in different locations on quotation and follow-up Merchandising, Production Control and Order follow-up .
Understand the customer's needs and requirements well.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree in international trade or related discipline preferred.
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
Experience in Indoor/Outdoor furniture and EU/USA market.
End-to-end position, experience working with Chinese.
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process.
Good command in computer (Microsoft Office).
Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded.
Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines
Willing to travel.
