Mô tả công việc
Manage buyers, styles and orders from development to shipment.
Communicate directly with overseas buyers in fluent English.
Review tech packs, POs, BOMs, samples, materials and delivery requirements.
Manage sampling, costing, material readiness and T&A / Critical Path.
Coordinate with Planning, Production, QA/QC, Purchasing, Warehouse and Shipping.
Monitor production, identify risks and drive corrective actions.
Ensure on-time shipment while minimizing quality issues, rework, claims and chargebacks.

Yêu cầu
Minimum 5 years of hands-on garment merchandising experience.
Proven ability to independently manage international buyers and orders from development to shipment.
Fluent spoken and written English - mandatory.
Strong garment production, fabric/trims, sampling, costing, BOM and T&A knowledge.
Strong ownership, follow-up, problem-solving and commercial awareness.
Comfortable going to the production floor, checking actual conditions and driving actions with Production/QA.
Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple styles and deadlines independently.
