Senior/Middle Full Stack Developer .NET/ ReactJS

• Build and maintain features in the core ASP.NET MVC (Razor) + Web API 2 application, including OData endpoints and Swagger-documented REST APIs.
• Write and optimize data access using Entity Framework 6 and Dapper against SQL Server (including schema projects, stored procedures, and migrations).
• Develop frontend UI using Razor views, jQuery, and [protected info], plus contribute to a newer React/Redux frontend module.
• Contribute to an ASP.NET Core microservice (workflow orchestration, scheduled jobs, message queues) used for backend processing.
• Collaborate with other teams on integrations touching a Python (FastAPI) service used for AI/data-processing tasks.
• Write unit/integration tests (NUnit, Moq) and support UI test automation (Selenium).
• Debug and support production issues across cloud-hosted services (Azure SQL, Service Bus, WebJobs, Application Insights).

Technical Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Full-stack Software Development.
• English: Intermediate level - able to communicate and answer questions confidently during interviews and team meetings.
• Backend: Solid C# experience (.NET Framework and/or .NET Core/ASP.NET Core).
• Web: ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Razor views.
• Database: SQL Server - writing/optimizing queries, stored procedures, working with EF or Dapper.
• Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals; solid experience with React + Redux; jQuery; willingness to work with older [protected info] code.
• Version control: Git.
• AI Tools: Practical experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in daily development - writing/refactoring code, debugging, generating tests, and reviewing AI-generated output critically.
• General: Understanding of REST API design, OOP principles, and debugging across full stack layers.

Priorities (not a must-have)

• Experience with ASP.NET Core, EF Core, and microservice patterns (workflow engines, job schedulers, message queues).
• Exposure to Azure services (App Service, Azure SQL, Service Bus, Application Insights).
• Basic Python knowledge - enough to read/extend FastAPI services or integrate with backend AI endpoints.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts (prompt-based integrations, LLM APIs) is a plus, not required.
• Experience in enterprise/regulated business domains.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit) and CI/CD pipelines.

Personal Skills

• Ability to work with legacy codebases without becoming overwhelmed, while writing clean, maintainable new code.
• Good communication and documentation habits when working with distributed/cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable estimating, prioritizing, and delivering in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with foreign clients.
