Mô tả công việc
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms.
Define mobile application architecture and propose scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business requirements.
Conduct source code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote engineering best practices across projects.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.
Participate in technical discussions, solution design, effort estimation, and risk assessment.
Mentor team members, share technical knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
Perform other tasks assigned by the PM/SM.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Java) development.
Strong knowledge of Mobile Architecture, Clean Architecture, SOLID Principles, and Design Patterns.
Solid experience in source code review, refactoring, performance optimization, and coding best practices.
Experience working on Japanese software development projects.
Experience leading technical discussions and mentoring team members.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and mobile application deployment processes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with Flutter or React Native is a plus.
Japanese language proficiency (N4 level or above) is an advantage.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
At least 5 years of experience in iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Java) development.
Strong knowledge of Mobile Architecture, Clean Architecture, SOLID Principles, and Design Patterns.
