As the Senior .NET Developer at VELA, you will spearhead the backend development of our innovative digital logistics platforms. Participate in software design and codebase architecture with other senior software developers or team leaders.
EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience with hands-on coding for high-traffic enterprise solutions.
- Comprehensive experience with C#, OOP, .NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, Dependency injection, Unit Test, MediatorR.
- Working experience with Clean Architect, Micro-service.
- Working experience with modern message broker like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Dapr.
- Working experience with Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Working experience with database technologies such as MSSQL, MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB.
- Good client interaction and written/verbal communication skills.
Experience defining data migration strategies and solution designs with business stakeholders and implementation team members.
- Backend Software Development: Participate in all phases of software development from conception to deployment, ensuring robust and scalable backend solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate and work with the backend development team, setting technical direction and priorities while fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Technology Discussions: Drive technology discussions, promoting best practices and pioneering solutions that reinforce our leadership in digital logistics.
- Mentorship and Guidance: Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, enhancing their skills and promoting professional growth within the company.
- Project Management: Direct and manage backend development projects, ensuring they meet our strategic goals and comply with company standards.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other team leaders and departments to align backend development with overall business objectives.
