You will take part in important network implementation and be responsible for, and not limited to:
Test, configure and install devices: router, firewall, switch, access point, server, PC...
Follow up, manage project progress, and provide prompt action to ensure it matches the planned schedule and meet customer demand.
Provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth running of the computers, network devices, printers as well as end users' requirements.
Manage IT infrastructure, system monitoring, and reports.
Interacting with our international clients
Scheduled maintenance and patching of Infrastructure environments as necessary.
Taking initiatives to build internal tools.
Creating and performing authorized changes to customer environments.
Managing incidents and problems appropriately within agreed service levels
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Network Design and Implementation:
Design and implement network solutions that align with client's business requirements.
Deploy and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
Network Optimization
Monitor and analyze network performance, identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Implement measures to enhance network efficiency and reduce downtime.
Security management
Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary updates and patches.
Troubleshooting and Support
Provide timely and effective resolution of network-related issues.
Collaborate with other IT professionals to solve complex problems.
Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Create and update network diagrams to assist in troubleshooting and planning.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor's degree in computer science, comparable qualification, or relevant professional experience.
Proven experience (4 - 5 years) as a Network Engineer or similar role in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and security standards.
Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking hardware.
Proficiency in network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CCNP or equivalent.
Knowledge of network security protocols and integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive working style.
Good English language skills (at least B2 level).
Effective time management and communication skills.
