Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions (5D/8D reports) for quality incidents and support continuous improvement efforts at the CM site
Collaborate closely with NVIDIA engineering, NPI, supplier quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure product reliability and successful ramp to production
What We Need To See
5-7 years of hands-on experience in quality, process, or NPI engineering roles, preferably in high-tech manufacturing or optoelectronic components
Bachelor's degree (and above) in Mechanical, Materials, Process, or Quality Engineering (or related technical field)
Strong knowledge of quality control tools and methodologies (SPC, 5D/8D, FMEA, root cause analysis)
Experience working closely with contract manufacturers (CMs), including on-site support and line audits
Solid understanding of manufacturing process controls, material handling, ESD standards, and product assembly flows
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, communicate effectively with remote engineering teams - excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable working in an intense, fast-paced environment with multiple projects and shifting priorities
