Senior Officer, FCC System and Data Management

Job Purpose
Manage and enhance FCC systems and data to ensure effective financial crime risk monitoring, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Support system development, data analytics, and automation initiatives to meet evolving business requirements.
Key Accountabilities
1. System Management
Monitor and analyze the performance of AML/FCC systems to ensure stable and effective operations.
Coordinate with IT teams to troubleshoot system issues, enhance existing functionalities, and implement new solutions.
Analyze business requirements and support system development, integration, testing, and deployment.
Participate in system enhancement and migration projects, including the development of new AML/FCC systems.
2. Data Management & Reporting
Manage, extract, analyze, and reconcile FCC data to support business operations and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain dashboards, management reports, and regulatory reports for internal stakeholders and the State Bank of Vietnam.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
3. Programming & Automation
Develop and maintain internal tools and automation solutions using Java, Python, or equivalent programming languages.
Build scripts and applications to support data processing, reporting, system monitoring, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience
in IT system management, system analysis, application development, or data management, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong SQL skills
with hands-on experience in data extraction, processing, and analysis; knowledge of MS SQL Server.
Intermediate-level programming skills in Java, Python, or equivalent languages
, with the ability to develop internal tools and automation solutions.
Experience in system analysis, application operations, troubleshooting, and coordination with IT teams for system enhancements.
Experience in reporting, dashboard development, and data management.
Knowledge of AML/FCC, banking applications, system integration, or data migration is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
English proficiency: Minimum TOEIC 650 or equivalent.
