Executive Support:
Assist senior management in daily tasks, decision-making, and follow-up activities.
Ensure directives are carried out efficiently by coordinating with department heads (e.g., warehouse and store managers).
Endorse and replicate management style: be practical, fast, direct, and result-oriented.
Task Management:
Oversee the implementation of tasks and decisions across different departments.
Control and monitor progress of key initiatives, reporting back to senior leadership on results and potential improvements.
Ensure deadlines are met by following up with relevant stakeholders.
Operational Oversight:
Conduct regular controls and checks in the retail environment, including stores and warehouses, to ensure operational excellence.
Handle any challenges in these environments with confidence and efficiency.
Communication:
Serve as a key point of communication between senior leadership and department managers, ensuring clear and effective dissemination of information.
Handle inquiries and resolve operational issues proactively.
Project Management:
Lead or assist with special projects as directed by senior management.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with company goals.

Fluency in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a senior executive assistant or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage teams, with experience in overseeing multiple departments.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic environments such as retail stores, warehouses, and other operational areas.
Problem Solving: Strong decision-making abilities, capable of handling day-to-day operational challenges independently.
Pragmatic Approach: A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on efficiency and practical solutions.
Retail Knowledge: Experience in or exposure to the retail industry is a plus.
