Mô tả công việc
• Product management: Managing the entire product life cycle, from ideation to development to launch to post-launch activities, with a focus on optimizing sales through OTC channels such as traditional pharmacies, pharmacy chains, modern trade, general trade, etc. This may include working with cross-functional teams such as business development, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and sales to ensure product development and launch timelines are met.
• Brand management: Building and managing the brand identity for the product line, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels.
• Strategic Market Analysis: Dive deep into the market performance of the OTC product portfolio. Stay ahead by monitoring competitive activities, executing regular pricing analysis, and preparing insightful performance reports.
• Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with finance and the sales team to forecast demand for a segment of the OTC product portfolio. Your keen insights will be vital in anticipating market trends.
• Budget Management: Develop and oversee the budget plan for the OTC product portfolio based on the marketing strategy. Keep a tight rein on expenses, producing periodic reports to ensure financial goals are met.
• Targeted Marketing Activities: Plan and execute dynamic marketing campaigns tailored to various audiences, including Pharmacists, Traditional pharmacy, Pharmacy Chain, Modern Trade, General trade, consumers, and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
• Promotional Programs: Innovate and implement promotional programs across diverse audiences, creating impactful materials and supporting data. Ensure everything aligns seamlessly with the approved budget.
• New Product Launches: Drive the planning and execution of new product launches, working closely with Trade marketing, Digital marketing, Business development, RA, etc.
• Distribution Excellence: Maintain control over distribution levels in line with the established distribution model.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster excellent collaboration with other departments, ensuring a cohesive and synergistic approach to achieve common goals.
• OTC marketing team management: Responsible of OTC team's performance. Ensure that all strategic brand objectives are achieved, delivered, and executed by strategic long-, medium- and short-term plans for brands/ products.
• Training: Conduct the product training, handling to internal and external parties.
• Fulfil any additional task if requested by MD.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor/master's degree of Pharmacy, Medical, Marketing, Business Administration.
• 5+ years of working experience in similar position, strong experience of working with distributors, pharmacy chains, traditional pharmacy, modern trade, general trade, other OTC channels.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to motivate teams and articulate product visions across all levels of the organization.
• Strategic mindset with evidence of having executed product strategies that significantly contributed to business growth.
• Strong drive achieve result contribute to company's profitability, willing to develop.
• Professional personal appearance, creative, enthusiasm, leadership, team work, hard-working, reliability, strong communication, under pressure of work, independence, confidence.
• Multi-tasking, someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple projects at once, while solving for the highest priorities first.
• Able to work on field and business traveling.
• Fluent in Business English
