The Senior Partnership Business Development Executive acts as the operational role between Tiki and our Finance business partners (banks, e-Wallet, financial partners, telco partners, etc...)
Responsibilities
- Assist Partnership Manager by taking ownership of the whole partnership campaign onboarding process, including analyzing spending behavior, planning for new campaigns, and seeking internal & regulatory approvals
- Represent the Partnership team to work directly with the marketing team to develop all Partnership-related communication assets, including onsite visibility on the Tiki platform, social media, and paid and unpaid channels
- Daily review, follow up, and manage Partnership channels and campaigns; identify opportunities for improvement and share directly with line Manager
- Collaborate with external vendors/suppliers and internal stakeholders to execute tasks such as contract review and sign-off, MKT slot booking, and campaign marketing strategy to maximize customer's awareness
- Plan, execute and monitor the strategic plans (tactical, long-term) to achieve business targets

Yêu cầu
Job Requirement
3 years experience in the finance industry
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Good negotiation, excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong admin and organizational skills
- Desired skill sets include MS Excel
- Experience with delivering accurate and insightful business reporting and applying critical thinking to data to problem solve and drive business performance
- Be result-driven, precise, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and tight timelines
- Has a passion for e-commerce
