Senior Payable Accountant

As the Senior Payable Accountant, you are co-responsible for all payment topics of Sandoz Vietnam, which include payment; cash management; and support in ad-hoc requests/ projects from finance perspective.
Your Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
Review payable & payment documents including payment to vendors and employees on daily basis to ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations and accounting standards.
Ensure payable document are fully archived for internal and external audit.
Review GR/IR balance report to identify abnormal transaction.
Corporate with reporting team in monthly and year-end closing activities for both IFRS and local GAAP.
Monthly VAT input & output reconciliation and day-to-day indirect tax advisory
Frequent training payment process to vendor & employee.
Research, analyse, and resolve complex account payable and vendor-related issues.
Initiative and proactive solution towards payment automation, continuous improvement of processes.
Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; professional certifications such as ACCA or CIMA are a strong advantage.
Proficient in both English and Vietnamese, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
3-5 years' experience as a Payables Accountant within a multinational company, preferably operating under a shared service model.
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry is highly desirable.
